Timbers are currently available in 1×12, 2×6, 2×10, 2×12, 4×6, 6×6, 6×8, 8×8, 8×12, 8×15, 6×19, Glulam Beams.

- Nanaimo City Hall Annex, 238 Franklyn Street. Built in 1938, dismantled August 2017.
- St John’s Anglican Ladysmith, Buller Street, Ladysmith. Built in 1901, dismantled September, 2019.
- Franklyn Street Gym & Auditorium, 421 Franklyn St, Nanaimo. Built in 1922, dismantled March, 2021.
